Query page flashes the wrong count when applying filters

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Go to dogfood
2. Go to queries
3. Switch between teams or platforms
4. Notice the queries count flash the wrong number momentarily instead of an appropriate loading state

N/A Client side filtering

• FE: Prevent wrong count from quickly flashing
• Alternatively, BE could make filtering happen on API and BE and FE would need to refactor the filtering
• Might need design to be explicit on what should show as the client side filter is loading
