Search by "Used by" username in Hosts page

It would be nice if on the "Hosts" page one could search for the "used by" username. Tangential to that, since we are populating our "custom" field with usernames - it would be nice if we could set the default display of the "used by" field to "Custom'.

Noah: To search by "Used by," the user has to enter the entire email to trigger the search. For example "[email protected]."

"user@" won't work.
