Support Language Localization for MDM Migration

Problem

TODO Support language localization for mdm migration. Not all end users speak/read English, and during the mdm migration, that is the current only option. This can result in end users not understanding the migration steps, and not performing the required actions needed to complete the mdm enrollment into Fleet.

Potential solutions

  1. Support individual languages. This can be built as needed per customer needs.
  2. Support i18n localization.

This came up with a prospect, where they would need the French language to be supported during migration.

Thanks for tracking this @willmayhone88.

I think getting the migration workflow working for the prospect in English is the first priority. Then, we can decide whether or not to prioritize adding the French language.
