chore: stream improvements

• [ ] recursive dag traversal
• [ ] make stream handler to be non blocking
• [ ] send the first byte as soon as the chunk of data is ready
• [ ] refactor NodeNetworkInterface to remove functions that aren't api functions e.g get_data
