chore: protocol issues with dialling bootstrap nodes for mainnet indexer

When dialling to bootstrap nodes for mainnet indexer, there are some protocol differences. This prevent us from connecting to global indexers for gossiping the indexing announcements. Investigate and fix this issue. Also test announcing to indexers via gossipsub
