Clear format feature

It would be great to have "Clear format" button on the toolbar allowing to clear all formatting for selected text.

I guess it makes sense for it to only clear inline formats, right? It would be a bit weird to call clear format on a part of bullet list text and turn it into a normal paragraph. @Alspb
