Potential inactivity of flutter_map_marker_cluster

The plugin may be abandoned or longer-term inactive. Last commit 2 months ago for support of FM v8, but not published to pub since Sep 2024.

We'd appreciate it if @lpongetti could give an update :) I believe @enricostrijks may also be an authorized maintainer.

For the time being, users can depend on the plugin from GitHub.

Clustering is a very important plus of flutter_map. And what Lorenzo created is an awesome plugin. It just needs to published on pub.dev

@JaffaKetchup Maybe we can request for flutter_map plugin author's to designate flutter_map authors as maintainers so they can approve some dependency update PR's? This can solve many issues going forward.

@JaffaKetchup unfortunately I'm not a authorized maintainer (yet). I'd like to see a response from @lpongetti so we can move forward :)

When I have time (and I remember :) ), I take care of merge requests, but I can no longer do development work on this plugin. Sorry
