Request: [PDFXchangePro] Support for KEYDATA="PXP10-...l4Q="

Thank you for this recipe and for including /KeyFile:[file]. I would like to request that a /KeyData:"PXP10-...l4Q=" also be supported as a parameter. In many cases, delivering the .xcvault file along with choco install pdfxchangepro is more cumbersome than a choco install pdfxchangepro --params "/KeyData:"PXP10-...l4Q="" would be.

I'm happy to test anything you may add. I'd even be willing to take a stab at a pull request ... though it would be my first work on AU.

Feel free to create a PR. You'll need to update the chocolateyInstall.ps1 file and the nuspec file (to document the parameter)

Also, if this also applies to the PDFXchangeEditor package, can you make the same changes for that too
