Demo colors Adds Screenshots for colors into the repo

I thought the additional color demos would help users pick their color scheme. I went ahead and created a demo.html for users to continue the work. I should be able to add more as time allows.

Great Repo I currently use 1989 and wanted to know which other options would be useful at a quick glance I hope this reference helps 🍻 🤘
