Color schemes affected by terminal color scheme

Multiple color schemes are affected and changed by the terminal color scheme, like 0x7A69_dark. The text color changes with the terminal settings. Other schemes look almost identical and very similar to the terminal color scheme. Other schemes like C64 are unaffected. E: Vim version 7.4, Ubuntu 16.04.03 and 16.04.01.
