Graphene Django Version Is Wrong In Set up

Set up requires version greater than 3 but latest major version is 2...

Hey @rossm6 , Graphene V3 is a pre-release since 2 years ago, I really needed to upgrade this package to this version and I do not plan to support Graphene V2 because it requires too many changes.

I suggest you create a fork and migrate it to Graphene V2, if you need help with this please let me know.
