Add a location based on flying events

Google generally automatically adds events when you fly places, it reads your itinerary emails (nbd).

Wouldn't it be cool if there was an automatic way to generate location events based on these automatic flying events?

# create an event titled `🗺 Columbus` on the days of the trip to Columbus
$ calendar-assistant location list flights
[1] 2018-09-24 - 2018-09-27: New York => Columbus
[2] 2018-10-01 - 2018-10-10: New York => San Francisco
$ calendar-assistant location set-flight 1
Created:
2018-09-24 - 2018-09-27   | 🗺  Columbus (not-busy, self)
