place persistent files in a subdirectory

Currently we create .calendar-assistant and .calendar-assistant.client in the user's home directory. #110 proposes to add a history file.

Perhaps we should consider creating a subdirectory named ~/.calendar-assistant/ that stores these and any future related files.
