Support plugin investigation

It must be investigated which adverse circumstances must be present so that the support plugin does not provide any output, although the admin area can be called up.

According to forum user @wpa4711, the owner has been set to www-data.

  • Raspi-OS (Bullseye), lighttpd, PHP 7.4 FPM/FastCGI, Debian, Firefox, fresh installation of FP 1.3 release
  • File and directory permissions set (file 666, dir 777)?
  • HTTP or HTTPS Connection?

Objective: The support plugin is intended to support the FP admin and the community in troubleshooting, even if some information cannot be determined.
