Update German translation
As promised in #5602, tried to add all missing translations and the ones marked for changes. Open for requests, I'm always a bit unsure about the level of translation (literal translation for each word or using more English words to keep the sense), but it should be fine. Happy holidays!
This seems to have conflicts with the updates that were needed when releasing 1.15.8, please could you rebase it? (I'm probably going to release 1.15.9 sometime soon, so perhaps wait for that release first.)
Sorry everyone, I currently lack the time to rebase this and potentially change lots of entries. The lack of interest for 7 months is also not very motivating and the idea of literal translations for everything feels bad. At least https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/pull/5602 was merged.
