Elaborate on application permissions
I've just read an insightful conversation at https://github.com/tchx84/Flatseal/issues/196. Perhaps including some of it at Flatpak docs or even at project's homepage would help users to have better understanding of how the app. permissions work within Flatpak framework.

Sure, if it is helpful to anyone, you are free to share my comment👍😀 Also you are totally free to modify it, as I am not a native english speaker/writer, and not a Flatpak expert.
Also I would like to highlight Alex Larsson's excellent writeup on the topic https://blogs.gnome.org/alexl/2017/01/24/the-flatpak-security-model-part-3-the-long-game/, which imho should be considered part of Flatpak docs.
