Use flatpak.dev domain

When the .dev domains went on sale, I acquired flatpak.dev.

readthedocs.io supports custom domains, see https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/custom_domains.html

So I could transfer the domain to you or manage it myself. If you desire to use the domain, I would need someone with access to the project admin panel in readthedocs to add it in the Domains setting.

JFYI, the domain is about to expire in 60 days. I guess I won't renew it if nothing gets decided here before then.
