Board cannot boot to console

Hi,

I followed readme to build image and fused it to sd card. Plug serial console and observe this:

CPU: rk3399

board cannot boot and gets rebooted. I used power supply from my laptop (130W) so it shouldn't be a problem. Ideas? Thanks.

Are you using the NanoPi Neo4 hardware ?

Yes I flashed SDCard using method described in readme and got that. I'm using NEO4 nanapi from friendlyarm.
