How to make a geom.csv file?
Hi,
Can I ask you about how to make a geom.csv file in my case?
Now I am using two 32-single-electrodes. Inter-electrode spacing is 100μm, and the two single-electrodes are 2mm separated.
For example, should a geom.csv file have the following geometry?
0,0 0,100 0,200 ... 2000,0 2000,100 2000,200 ...
Many thanks,
tatohyama
Sorry, did you solve that problem? I don't understand the rule to construct the geom.csv file.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. The issue has been solved already.
Thanks,
Takamichi

Hi, I have a question.
what's the unit of the coordination in geom.csv, μm?
No particular units... just needs to be consistent with what is specified for adjacency_radius in the algorithm
