Hi! I successfully ran mountainsort on a few MDA files, and then suddenly started getting this error image

Perhaps you are running out of space on your temporary disk? /tmp?

I've tried clearing that and I'm still getting errors

Please run df -h in the terminal and post the output. How large are the input files?

It seems you have no free space on your root partition. Try freeing up some and then process your data again.
