Evaluate DeepFRI

Hello, Thank you for this great work! I just wanted to ask, how to evaluate the performance of DeepFRI (e.g. - get F1max, AUPR etc) on my custom dataset ? I want to check how DeepFRI performs on my dataset. I tried using your pre-trained models. However with the JSON files, am facing some issues. If you could please recommend a way, that would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!
