Is DeepFRI no longer being updated or supported?
Am interested in using DeepFRI in a new pipeline I'm writing, but am concerned (based upon the number and age of unaddressed Issues here) that DeepFRI is no longer supported.
I think it is working in general, with some minor issues with the structural representations in GCNs. Which parts are you most interested in, as I have been doing experiments with DeppFRI for some time?
Basically I want to incorporate DeepFRI into an structure-based, gene annotation pipeline. However, without any confidence that it will be supported in future, I'm nervous about investing the effort...
afaik the main developer is no longer actively involved in the project but we, as co-authors, plan on maintaining deepFRI independently. in fact, we already have a pipeline for gene annotation which you might find interesting: https://github.com/bioinf-mcb/metagenome_assembly future deepFRI releases would come from the BIOINF-MCB orgaznization
