sys-apps/ignition: pull akamai patch

this pulls the patch where we enable gzip support for Akamai (https://github.com/coreos/ignition/pull/1934)

• [ ] Inspected CI output for image differences: /boot and /usr size, packages, list files for any missing binaries, kernel modules, config files, kernel modules, etc.

• [x] To be tested with actual Akamai deployment (see: https://github.com/coreos/ignition/pull/1934#pullrequestreview-2299530833)
