[RFE] Have a guided way to create an update management

Current situation

Users who are not familiar with how Nebraska works may have a hard way to set up the updates data for a new application as it involves creating an app, then creating a group, then creating a channel, etc...

Impact

Users may get confused and make an error or be turned away from Nebraska because of this.

Ideal future situation

We have a way to guide the user through setting up updates. E.g. a wizard-like UI with several steps and options that make sense for a good percentage of users.

This requires thinking about use-cases and investigating what makes sense.
