Drop net-misc/bridge-utils eventually

bridge-utils is a package that provides brctl for configure network bridges. Just noticed in its readme that it's marked as deprecated in favor of bridge utility from iproute (which we provide through the sys-apps/iproute2 package).

Hopefully together with ifconfig ;)

While I agree it's nothing to do lightly because people still have the habit to use it and it's part of many instructions still… For backwards compatibility I would say we should keep it around as long as possible.
