Switch to Go releaser with GitHub actions for releases

As it is a super nice and quick way of getting releases out in automated fashion. Examples here: https://github.com/kinvolk/terraform-provider-tinkerbell.

IMO we should have an issue for this kind of things independently for all affected repos. We can still link here to track global progress on that.

Did you know the config-transpiler bin files are not build anymore? I have got to go to CoreOS releases to download ct v0.6.1.
