[RFE] Equinix Metal exit interview / thank you blog post

Current situation

We've moved out of Equinix Metal, who have proudly sponsored Flatcar infrastructure for years.

Impact

Equinix Metal and their faithful, massive, year-long support of Flatcar is in danger of fading from the memory of our community.

Ideal future situation

We have an "exit interview", shared blog post, and/or recording discussing our roots with Packet and Equinix Metal's continued support after acquiring Packet.

From a maintainer perspective, I can surely say that Flatcar won't be what it is today without Equinix Metal sponsoring.

Thanks @LexiNadolski ! For what is worth, you can open a PR on the flatcar-website as well, e.g: https://github.com/flatcar/flatcar-website/pull/394 - that sometimes easier to gather feedback (and it provides a preview of the blogpost)
