Implement public meeting calendar integration for the Flatcar website

Goal

Implement the chosen approach (maintain standalone calendar or migrate to CNCF calendar) to ensure Flatcar’s meeting schedule meets CNCF graduation requirements for public visibility and accessibility.

Apply decision from calendar review:

• If keeping standalone calendar: ensure meetings are accurate, public, linked from website
• If migrating to CNCF calendar: coordinate with Riaan/CNCF, add maintainers, recreate recurring meetings, and update public links.

Tasks

• Deliver the technical implementation
• Verify public discoverability and accuracy of meeting details.
• Document the integration steps and final public calendar link for CNCF graduation evidence.

Acceptance Criteria

Meeting schedule is publicly visible and up to date. Documentation and website link to the correct calendar. Maintainers have calendar management access. Process is recorded for CNCF graduation evidence.
