FOSSA integration makes CI to fail

FOSSA integration has recently been activated on flatcar/scripts and this currently makes the CI unhappy on all PRs: https://app.fossa.com/projects/git%2Bgithub.com%2Fflatcar%2Fscripts/refs/branch/main/47e60959f185d5dd6099abcb5bbbaa0ca0620158/preview

This impacts in several ways:

  • maintainers get used to merged with a red CI
  • contributors might ask questions why the CI is failing
