Attack individual users

would it be possible to add an option to attack individual users and not the whole router?

Currently it is not supported. For IPv4 it is easier to implement (by poisoning the internal IP of the individual), but for the dead router attack (IPv6) it's a bit more tricky as the attack works by broadcasting router packets rather than sending them to individual peers
