Streaming Inference Dockerfile

Where can I find the Dockerfile for building the w2l@anywhere streaming inference framework? I seem to recall it used to be here, but now everything has been moved to the flashlight repo except the inference backend.

I see it under the 0.2 branch. Should I just assume that this is the most up-to-date Dockerfile? Are there future plans for the CPU inference framework?
