chart 支持选择 vm 作为后端存储

当前 chart 里默认支持 Prometheus 作为后端存储，如果选择外部的 vm，需要手动修改对应的 server 配置文件，不便于直接通过 helm 进行部署和维护，建议增加对外部 vm 的支持。
