In /leaderboard, adding ENS names for addresses

It'd be cool to have ETH addresses mapped to ENS addresses in the /leaderboard page.

From a conversation with @gakonst, it looks like we should be able to get this info from Bigquery DB: e.gSELECT owner,name FROM blockchain-etl.ethereum_ens.ETHRegistrarController_event_NameRegistered`?
