New section "update policy, LTS etc"

Although we're currently releasing only beta's, we have to start a new section about our update policy before the stable release. We have to be transparent about what versions we will support and for how long. Are we going to do an LTS?

Currently our team is far too small to provide long(er) term support. I'd like to propose to clearly state that updates on older versions, including security updates, are not included. We will however always patch the latest version as soon as possible.

In addition we might need a security newsletter to inform people about important patches.
