"Revert Form" icon

It is strange that the "Revert Form" icon is "?".

The "?" icon is the default for when we don't define an icon for an item or power. Maybe there's something in our existing icon set that would be suitable for the Revert Form power? Suggestions welcome.

Also for Sneak Attack, I think the icon is a bit strange too. Because this attack is surprise attack, so the opponent enemy cannot fight for the hero's first attack. Therefore the crossing sword is strange.

So we should draw a new icon that sword which does'nt cross, or a man sneaking.
