Support for shared tooltip

Shared crosshair is supported, but shared tooltip is displayed only for current graph.

Tooltip is only for one y-axis label. Shared tooltip is another tooltip that should display values for all y-axis labels. Is this needed?

A tooltip can be displayed for similar labels.
