Context

Hello. I'm deploying with kubeadm, one host, two slaves, flannel using version v.14.0 and k8s version 1.18.0, I found that only one of the slaves started and the other one couldn't start no matter how I started it. I downloaded the v.14.0 docker image from the official website of github and loaded it in myself, and the node1 slave got up, but the node2 one still can't get up, so I'm not sure what's going on.
