arr-end-end.f90 test goes into infinite loop

The test is being disabled until the regression can be investigated more thoroughly.

The regression started with rebase 35 of the fir-dev branch.

There is a bug is in the loop result optimization. The way it is rewriting loops looks like it may no longer be supported by MLIR.
