DF Manual Rolls: Basic Dice roller option unsupported

Module DF manual rolls 2.4.0, libwrapper 1.12.12.0

Describe the issue The dice roller supports the code [[1d4x]]. This causes any 4's to have an additional die rolled. In the core roller DF manual rolls does not do anything with the additional die, its rolled automatically. In Midiqol, DF manual rolls is prompted for another die roll. So something in core DF can't work with but midi somehow fixes it for you.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change the dnd5e spell healing words formula from 1d4 to 1d4x
2. It won't prompt you a second time for the next roll

Expected behavior In midi after you enter the 4 in the dice roll, it prompts you for the exploded dice's roll then. In core it just shows the card with the rolled dice rolling the second for you, if it explodes, it also is auto rolled not manually.
