DF Chat Enhancements: Personal logs don't show up in User Configuration, so they can't be used

Module DF Chat Enhancements 4.1.0 Tested with PF2e version 4.3.4, and no other modules running except Module Manager+

Describe the issue Personal Log settings don't show up in the User Configuration sheet, so when anyone attempts to /plog, it says they do not have a personal log bound.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click on a user, and select User Configuration.
2. Observe nothing about personal logs in there.
3. See error in console:

Expected behavior Both the documentation and the /plog command imply there should be a setting that shows up in user configuration. It should be there.

I have the same problem though if I open player configuration in a brand new world I can see the options for a personal journal etc but once I save the configuration the options are gone and never return. (Tried it in SWADE and Delta Green)
