Flameshot doesn't launch in background at startup: intel macos

Description

Flameshot configuration is checked with Launch in background at startup and flameshot does not launch in background at startup.

Settings/General/Login Items & Extensions/Open at Login has Flameshot included.

This works on my laptop with arm/apple silicon macbook.

Flameshot has access to Screen & System Audio Recording so once running everything works as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Flameshot
2. Open Flameshot Configurations
3. check Launch in background at startup

Full transparency that I will not be able to work this issue. I only have an M1 air so need to rely on a community member to help on this one.
