Really, really, really love the app and I can't believe it's open source. Kudos to the devs.
Just wanted to raise my hand and let someone know we're seeing this issue again (colored icon in tray), but on Hyprland: https://github.com/flameshot-org/flameshot/issues/772
I'm using the Papirus icon theme and it has monochromatic versions of the flameshot tray icon in its panel folder, so I can't figure out why it's not being used.
Seems like this was taken care of once before, so hopefully it's a quick fix.

Same on Debian 12.6 with i3 and flameshot 12.1.0-2. Papirus either from git or debian repo.

You or your distro need to compile flameshot with -DUSE_MONOCHROME_ICON=True
Can you ensure thats set in the PKGBUILD arco linux is using?
