Flameshot focusing on wrong screen (the Wayland bug again)

Flameshot Version

Flameshot v12.1.0 () Compiled with Qt 5.15.2 linux: 6.8.9-300.fc40.x86_64 fedora: 40

Fedora Workstation 40

Description

Installed from the releases section of this Github repo. When I initiate a screenshot, it focuses on the wrong screen (I'm using a 3 screen array but no matter what window is 'active' it tries to take a screenshot from the center screen)

  • Install Flameshot from Github

Happens on base arch too.

Flameshot: flameshot-git r1948.a1dda591-1 (yes i installed from aur, sue me) Kernel: 6.9.1-arch1-1 DE: plasma-workspace 6.0.4-1 Display Server: wayland

image Screenshot taken with Spectacle, pictured here is flameshot opening on the left (primary) monitor and not expanding to the right one. Will update when I get a screenshot of flameshot appearing on the right (non primary) monitor in which it only shows the primary monitor within flameshot.

It looks like macOS Sonoma 14.5 might be affected, too.

Same here. I posted this in another issue, but I think it's worth putting here also (if not, please let me know).

macOS 14.7 is also affected. Restarting Flameshot temporarily fixes the issue
