flameshot error during installation due to prerequisites is not available from snap store. flameshot require kde-frameworks-5-91-qt-5-15-3-core20 but it's not found snapcraft.io/search?q=kde-frameworks-5

Steps to reproduce

1. run sudo snap refresh
2. sudo snap install flameshot

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Ensure prerequisites for "flameshot" are available (cannot install prerequisite "kde-frameworks-5-91-qt-5-15-3-core20": no snap revision available as specified)
