@mmahmoudian I just used a MacBook Pro to test and found that this problem only reappears when using a mouse. Using the trackpad to push up and down with two fingers can zoom normally.

On MacBook Pro: Flameshot v12.1.0 (96c2c82e) Compiled with Qt 5.15.5 darwin: 22.6.0 osx: 13.6

On iMac: Flameshot v12.1.0 (96c2c82e) Compiled with Qt 5.15.5 darwin: 21.6.0 osx: 12.7
