Add smiley/memes/stamp tool

Feature Description

I think it would be great if flameshot includes a tool that would allow you to add smileys faces similar to how you can now add counter bubbles and other geometric primitives (example: https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffsb&q=smiley+faces&iax=images&ia=images). Flameshot could contain a set of such images plus a known location where a user could drop his own set of commonly used/favourite images.

This is almost duplicate. The other issue was from smilies
