Custom Shortcut it's not working

A saw on Flameshot site, that wher a user is using a ubuntu with wayland, is not possible to take a screenshot and customize the screenshot application.

Flameshot v11.0.0 (11.0.0-2 Debian) Compiled with Qt 5.15.2 linux: 6.2.0-32-generic ubuntu: 22.04

I had installed this application that i saw on onlige guideline.

You can. That page is not about Ubuntu, it is about Gnome (which most probably you are using).

What is the custom shortcut you are trying to use?
