how to calculate the mc and mk in MMult_4x4_11.c

when i have cpu with 32k cache L2 , how to calculate the mc and mk in MMult_4x4_11.c . in the function MY_MMult i think it should be for ( p=0; p<k + kc ; p+=kc ) also for for ( i=0; i<m+mc ; i+=mc )
