Fix Windows Release Artifacts

Currently the Windows builds in the Release tabs are corrupt or just built incorrectly.

Yea but the building itself works fine and the app itself works fine on Windows.

Thanks for opening this and bringing this to our attention, indeed the release action seems be outdated. Since we wrote that action, flutter windows desktop build changed the build destination folder, and we didn't updated that path.

We will fix that for the next release, I will keep this open until then.
