Increase the visibility of current session id

It is rather hard to know what's the currently active session id with the current UI. The SID is not exposed anywhere and only served via a cookie. Enhancing the visibility of the key can help a lot.

  • [ ] Redirect /editor to /current-session-id/editor
  • [ ] Expose session id in the UI
